IAM NxtGen is a global network for individuals new to asset management, including students, early-career professionals, and those transitioning from other fields. IAM NxtGen membership is free to all IAM paying members.
Affiliated with IAM chapters worldwide, NxtGen supports members individual journeys by building knowledge, experience, and competence.

Our vision is to establish IAM NxtGen as a leading group for individuals at the beginning of their asset management careers. We aim to create a dynamic hub where professionals from various industries can collaborate, network, and advance their practice of asset management.
